YES YES YES. The VA loan has SOOOO many benefits that most realtors just don't know. Working with a realtor who does made a massive difference for us! We were able to get into the house of our dreams bc he knew about builders that were buying down interest rates! We also put less down to save money for furnishing which helped so much.
